Good to know

Paying

Card, cash or Apple Pay at the appointment, or prepay online when you book if you prefer. On‑location event bookings take a deposit to hold the date; everything else is settled on the day.

Booking and changes

No account is required — a name and a phone number is enough. Please give 24 hours' notice to move a studio appointment, or seven days for an event. Message as early as you can and we will find another time.

Mobile appointments

I bring the bed, linens, products and towels; you provide a bathroom sink and a spot with a power outlet. Free within 15 miles of Leominster, $35 flat from 15 to 30 miles, quoted beyond that.

Pregnancy, medications and sensitivity

Facials are adapted for pregnancy and for sensitised skin. Tell me about Accutane, retinoids, antibiotics, recent injectables or laser work when you book so we choose the right treatment — or wait, when waiting is the right call.
